This padded Rebecca Minkoff cross body bag is either new but damaged in shipping/unboxing or preowned but in excellent, like new condition. The flaw on the purse is a tiny tear in the bottom corner of the purse. My local repair shop said they could not repair it so I did the best I could to glue the fabric down so that that tear will not spread and the inner padding wouldn’t be sticking out. Please see the photos for this as well as the measurements. The interior looks like it’s never been touched. The strap is adjustable in my measurements are taken with the strap in the middle hole of the belt loop holes. This does not come with the dust bag, but I will have it shipped in a plastic bag.
