Rebecca Jewelry (Italy) Jolie Gold Alphabet Necklace with "C" in Microdiamonds

This necklace was gifted to me and isn't really my style but is beautiful––I'd love to see it re-homed! It's an 18KT gold chain (length 37-40 cm) with a clasp and a "C" pendant made of microdiamonds. It hasn't been worn before, and I still have the box it came in. It appears the company is based in Italy and everything is made there!
