A dress originally from Macy's no longer made. This short-sleeved dress has frilly gathered sleeves on the arm and a full lining This swing dress has movement to it and the lining keeps it from sticking where it should not P2p is 23" and a bit small for a 3x (not sure why) 48" shoulder to hem Zipper back for getting into it
