kellyzcloset@ginger612 Right! I agree, reasonable offers! I’ve been getting offers that are over 50% off of my asking price, which is not anywhere near reasonable! My last offer was for 69% off of my asking price! I found something comparable in her closet and suggested we make a trade. She responded with a thank you, no thanks.
