Reasonable offer chart

I don't like posting this but lately I have been receiving very low offers that are very insulting on already very low reasonable prices this has made me post this!!! Please read chart when making offers 10%-20% will most likely be accepted unless noted firm in listing 30% percent will be considered and anything at 50% will declined and will be blocked and reported to Posh.
