Really Cool Carnival Looking Hat 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t even know what to call this but I bought this hat at Nordstrom because it reminded me of a Carnival? I have never worn it because it doesn’t really stay on/fit my head or go with any of my clothes. This would be fun with a flowy high waisted maxi skirt and white ruffled blouse tucked in and some riding boots, yeah? Literally perfect condition. Take me home and love me please. 💕
