Selling As-Is. No box or antenna is included. This is a recent find at an estate sale. Please refer to the pics. The radio is in fair to good condition. There are scratches on one side. Dirt found on the volume and squelch controls. the volume control is scratchy. No backup battery was in the scanner, so no channels are programmed. All controls appear to work. There are three external modifications to the radio. One knob/contr on the rear by the 10dB attenuation switch, an LED bar style meter on front, and five (5) LED lamps in the middle of the front face. Testing seems to reveal the knob in back is a variable attenuation control, the 10dB switch appears to have no effect. The meter in front seems to be relative signal strength. the five LEDs mid-face are unknown. Please see the video of the power up of the receiver. Model number is 20-145. Thank you for looking...
