Real suede western style blazer with acrylic (?) decorative beading

I am 5’6, 210 pounds and a solid size 16 and it runs a little big on me, as shown. In very good shape, but does have some minor discoloration along the neck and a sleeve. Very hard to notice, but it is there. Pictures can barely convey. Could maybe brush clean it, but it really isn’t hardly noticeable. Looks clean and smart.
