Real Vintage! Darling Navy Mandala Patterned Ruffle Belted Dress EUC!!

One of a kind!!! Rare true vintage! This beyond words cute navy dress features a tiered ruffled skirt, perfect for any occasion. Wear it to work, a party or on a shopping day. I paired it with one of my brown belts as an example of the looks versatility. Too adorable! The mandala pattern gives it a polka dot feel! It’s labeled as an 8 but I have it listed under “medium” I’m a 6 and had to use my own belt. It will work great for sizes 4 & 6. It’s also labeled petite but I am not. Not sure what would make it so. It’s just a 3/4 sleeve.
