tlp25drexel @keybo32 Yes. I measured the chest across from right to left "arm pit" seams with the jacket laying casually flat and fully zipped.

tlp25drexel @easynow Hi. It's not the largest XXL I've seen. I'm 5'-8" and I usually wear a large. The bottom of the jacket falls about 2" below my waist. the sleeves fall to my second knuckle. I'm 165lbs and I'm swimming in the jacket around the stomach, chest, and shoulders. I hope this helps.
