Reader's Digest: Family Songbook - Spiral-bound Hardcover ----- Pages appear clean and in good condition. Front and back pages show some discoloration/fading/browning along edges. Pages have yellowed/browned some from age. See photos for examples. Spiral is a little difficult to turn. Hardcover shows some discoloration to exterior, some cracking to surface along spine, some corner and spine wear. May also show scuffs or scratches to cover.
