I think the only thing that would’ve helped Is if the category of the shoes was clearly specified as “girls” as opposed to “women.” I think the reason the shoes didn’t fit like a normal size 9 is possibly because it is not actually a woman’s shoe and actually a younger girl’s shoe? Otherwise, I was really happy with the sale and the shipping. I think you are doing a great job! I’m sorry the purchase did not work out.
