Pit to pit 16 inches shoulder to bottom is 221/2 , shoulder to bottom of arm is 18 but shirt arms r supposed to be short. Very cute shirt ! Thin blouse I think a tank top underneath would be great maybe even wear it open w a pair of nice pants w knee boots
