A charming collectible vase, signed on both sides by Raymond Peynet. I have only seen one other, however it was the later Studio Line version and not signed on both sides. Raymond Peynet was born in 1908 and he graduated from the Eclole des Arts Appliqués, a school of industrial and decorative arts, and he decided to pursue a career in advertising design. Winning many artistic awards during his lifetime, Peynet is highly acclaimed in both Europe and America.
