Raymond Peynet « The Lovers  «  Rosenthal 1960’s Vase • Excellent Condition •

A charming collectible vase, signed on both sides by Raymond Peynet. I have only seen one other, however it was the later Studio Line version and not signed on both sides. Lovely for the centerpiece on a wedding cake or for an anniversary celebration. Raymond Peynet was born in 1908 and he graduated from the Eclole des Arts Appliqués, a school of industrial and decorative arts, and he decided to pursue a career in advertising design. Winning many artistic awards during his lifetime, Peynet is highly acclaimed in both Europe and America.
