These aviator sunglasses are authentic Ray-Ban, made in Italy, and have round lenses set in a plastic aviator frame. These are a retired style - color is Shiny Havana. These are priced low because the lenses are significantly scuffed and scratched. Please see photos which reflect this. That being said, the frame is in better condition! If you are bothered by the scratches, perhaps new lenses could be put in.
