It has lovely, jagged edges and as it is a fairly soft and fragile stone, so be sure to handle it with care and don't drop it on its' points, in order to avoid splintering off crystal layers. I also recommend to remove this pendant or necklace prior to showering or swimming, so the shimmering, natural luster does not get coated or dulled by the chemicals in your soap, shampoo or in a pool. I wire wrapped this raw stone with genuine copper jewelry wire in a very random organic flowing design with just enough wire on the body to securely capture the stone, and embellished the bail instead.
