smokeandmiuraslol lol no no, that’s not a red beryl. Red beryls are extremely rare. I have one. Red Beryls are more pink. Ur rock is just more purple so I was thinking it might be garnet, but there are rubies of purple color. BUT garnets are actually found in Crystal formations, not in round formations

beckyboo70@meerkatmonsta garnets form in a round form and they’re heavy. If it’s in a crystal formation, someone polished it to look like that. My daughter is an expert in precious gems. The ruby looks purple in the photo because it’s a rough ruby. A rough ruby can look deep red to purplish in color, depending on how dark the ruby is. 😊
