Rating System

What are considerations for rating: - Was the item shipped in a timely manner? - Was the item clean? - was the item packed to prevent damage? - Was the item as described in the listing? - If applicable was there good communication from the seller? What the rating system is NOT for: - fit of the item - whether or not you liked the item - whether or not it was wrapped pretty and included a free gift (while these are nice added bonuses they are not a requirement)
