erika75 @heyluv21 I was thinking of calling out some of the people who gave me a rating I think my item did not deserve. I sold a pair of 14k gold earrings, excellent condition and price...should have gotten 5 stars.. sigh... The whole rating system rubs me the wrong way...

shermart @erika75 I agree! I have received nothing but 5-star ratings, and I always make sure that my items are clean and I enclose a note. The latest rating was a three, and she said that I should improve my packaging. She's never purchased from anyone, and is not selling anything. It frustrates me so much.

strawberrywine1 I just got my first ever one. And the description with the reasoning was Could improve. ·Other I do not know how they justify ratings but I did write poshmark on this. If you can not come up with a reason to rate someone low you should not be able to do so. This is my first one ever. The item was exactly as described. To a t. Have you ever gotten a response from poshmark regarding a rating?

heyluv21 @blndb0mbshell01 no I didn't get s response and typically when I see a crazy rating I just kinda brush it off bc ppl don't read what it is they're rating on. In this case however I was a mad bc I went home on lunch break to get these shoes, pack them and drop them off at PO so I'm like what else could I have done for a 5star rating?!?!? I have always been a good seller in my opinion, I ship out the next day if you buy weekdays, I will ALWAYS tell you if there are stains or rips that I noticed and I'm negotiable on my prices. I even try to help girls out by holding until whatever day they want (which most posh sellers have stop doing)but if you check my listings I always run into someone that just wants to make me quit posh but I try to strug it off! I think at this rate I may just be goodwilling my old things 😔😔

strawberrywine1 I completely understand. I have sold 71 things have 66 5 star ratings and then someone rated me a one with no excuse the other day. She checked other and could use work. I always ship next day or same day and always include info, take extra pics etc. One bad apple. I just do not get it. Some people do not understand the ratings I guess.

ibeatfaces @blndb0mbshell01 OMG I got my first ever 2 star review today and she also marked "other" in my area of improvement. Wtf does that mean??? I shipped next day, BNIB. Did she not like what she ordered because that's not my problem. I hate this stupid rating system.

strawberrywine1 So do I. I even wrote posh about it. She left no explanation. I feel like it didn't fit her so she was mad. She never responded to me or them. They just said oh well pretty much. I feel like if you cant check any box but say other then there is no excuse for a 1-3 star rating. She has been my only low rating. I have over 100 now and all but hers 5star. Doesn't make sense.

ibeatfaces @blndb0mbshell01 I got scammed by a girl even though I followed the rules, no trades etc. she told posh IND and sent them back to me. The soles were off the shoes!!!! When I wrote Posh I asked how does this happen? This girl has 0 listing 0 feedback and now I get a IND on my account?? They didn't notice that was strange?? Over 30 five star ratings and I would send out "worn" shoes?? UGH they need a rating system like ebay

maaly212 Omg I got my first 3 star rating today for shipping time. I shipped the day after the buyer purchased and it arrived within 2 days! After 6 days she is now leaving me feedback....ugh. It's ridiculous.
