Rate Antique Convex Bubble Glass Octagonal Frame, Floral Carvings

"Great Grandpa and Great Grandma" Lovingly framed in an antique frame with carved roses on 4 sides, and convex glass. The frame is an elongated octagon, and the mat is too. Approximately 19" long, 13" high, 2" deep. The picture has a tear in it, and the frame has flaws, but it's not bad for its age!
