Selling the Rat & Boa Thalia dress and matching head scarf in NAVY and CREAM. Can be worn as a swim coverup or dress. I have worn the dress once as a coverup but unfortunately it's too big on me, so I am rotating it out my wardrobe! I have not worn the head scarf.
