I don’t think the lights work, but I haven’t spent much time investigating it. It is designed for children, specifically recommended for ages 5-8 with heads measuring 50-54cm, but also available for youth ages 8-14 with heads measuring 54-58cm in an LED version. The helmet features a fabric-covered ABS hardshell with glitter, studs, and jewels, including over 60 sparkling gems and a sequined cloud appliqué. It complies with both the U.S. CPSC Safety Standard for Bicycle Helmets for Persons Age 5 and Older and the U.S. ASTM Safety Standard for multi-impact Skateboard Helmets. The youth version includes 6 motion-activated LED lights with an auto shut-off function to preserve battery life. It utilizes shock-absorbing EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) inner shell and has aerodynamic cooling vents.
