⭐️Rare!⭐️VTG 1960’s Mr Blackwell Custom Black Silk Artist’s Coat One Of A Kind!

Vintage 50’s/60’s black raw silk artist style coat with off white and black MCM print silk lining from Mr Blackwell. Mr Blackwell custom, most likely a one of a kind piece! Mr Blackwell was an iconic California “designer to the stars” in the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s. Abalone buttons in the front and at the cuffs. This 60 yr old piece is in fair vintage condition. No holes or stains. I hand stitched an open seam under the arm of the lining so it would not open further. I found this coat while thrifting in Reno. I’m sure it lived a long and storied life before ending up in that Reno thrift store! It had been washed so I had to press it. A dry cleaning would help to restore the original shape and luster of this beautiful piece of Hollywood history! Please see pictures for measurements and details.
