Rare vintage nutcracker hallowen very hard to find hand paint face

very unique piece has flaws a chip on the nose and the head is a little loose but easy fix , nothing mayor is very old , see pictures for details please, rabit hair the mouth doesn't open, but I think is not supposed to. thanks
