Rare vintage Rudyard Kipling Barrack Room Ballads 1899

Rare Book  by Rudyard A Kipling.  Acquired this from my late grandmother’s estate who dealt in antiques. I contacted a Kipling Society associate who said that this is perhaps a pirated copy. A handwritten letter is included, 1854. The letter was found inside the book, and had been in safekeeping. The book itself is in less fine condition, but it is 1899. Publisher is TY Crowell & Company New York. Extremely Rare copy in less fine condition.
