Rare specialty Skirt - blue/cream floral patterned soft corduroy with stretch

Rare Skirt bought at a boutique. The owner bought this at a fashion show. Very special piece. No tags or sizing. See measurements in pics but keep in mind this material has stretch so can fit form fitting and remain very comfortable. You pull the skirt on but there are the eyelet closures that can be used but it is easy to slip on w/out opening the eyelets. It is a gorgeous material with various Grey's, blues and creams. The skirt is slightly shorter in front and has specialty dyed lace detailing at front hem. This can be dressed up or down. (floral patterned soft corduroy with stretch). There are no sizes and measurements are in pic but I would estimate this as a sz 6 but also depends on if you want to wear it lower on hips or higher at waist. Really can accommodate varying sizes due to the design and material makeup. Let me know if you have any questions.
