You should know that this is an IT 50r, not an US 50r. Big difference, but most buyers looking for a quality blazer will assume it is the US sizing since afterall we are in the US. If I were you, I would post it under 40r especially since 40r is a much more popular size and you are likely to sell it quickly especially since it's over a few hundred.

Also serious sartorial enthusiasts will want measurements either photographed or textually posted. Pit to Pit, Sleeve length, Shoulder to Coat Hem, Shoulder to Shoulder.
A couture blazer is most likely fitted and everyone's body is different. If the measurements don't match their body's measurements they will incur greater expense at the tailor.
