Chic, white, sleeveless blouse with ruffled shoulders. Features embroidered neckline with red and blue thread detail. Small red stitch detail at bottom of side hems. Very well made. Ideal for casual elegance. I get compliments on this top EVERY time I wear it. But I have lost weight, and it is too big now. No stains or signs of wear. It has been gently worn and washed on delicate and hung to dry. Runs roomy and on the larger side. Stretched very taut armpit to armpit is 23.5 “ lying flat. Back of neck to bottom edge is 23.5”. Larger at bottom-side hem to side hem is 27.5”
