Rare Wooden Orb Trinket Box

Rare Handcrafted Spherical Wooden Trinket Box Handcrafted  Carved Wood  Orb / Globe  Trinket Box 6” across 5.5” tall 20th century Thi s all-wood sphere is handcrafted from only 2 pieces of wood—one for the top and one for the bottom—and carved to look like a globe with longitude and latitude lines, but it’s a lidded box!! It has a natural wood finish outside and a dark red lacquered finish inside. Very mid-century modern and reminiscent of the 1960’s futuristic trends (and the Jetsons 😄). A wonderful conversation starter and eclectic piece of decor in excellent vintage condition. Please note that a stand isn’t necessary but may be preferred.
