Rare Vintage YVES SAINT LAURENT ribbon tie loafers 80s? 90s?

Beautiful Vintage YVES SAINT LAURENT ribbon tie loafers. Not pristine but pretty close. The heel cap may/will need replacing- whitened with age, but at this point still intact. Copper leather lining, fabric upper. Cats paw has been added to sole, will need to sleuth to figure out sizing - 6?, fairy tale shoes! Annie Lennox in walking on broken glass!
