Is the spot on the outside a hole?

@lesliebknope it’s not a hole at this point. I added a few additional photos of the spot from the inside and outside of the bag. Both of these photos have a bright colored post it behind it and I was not able to see through to the post it. However, with additional wear and no reinforcement, this would become a hole
