Rare Vintage Pendleton Wool Skirt 10

I’m so in love with this skirt and would have kept it, if it fit me. Super cool vintage wool skirt, orange is the color. Back zipper runs the length of the skirt. Tie around waist. Labeled a size 10, I think it’s smaller please see measurements. Also there is a spot on the front see pic for reference. Waist laying flat is 14” Hiis 18” Length 28” *** Reasonable offers welcome. G
