Rare Vintage Oregon State University OSU Beaver Mascot Plush Mohair 40s-50s 9”

Bring home a unique piece of Oregon State history with this rare vintage Beavers mascot plush, likely made in the 1940s–1950s. This charming beaver stands about 9 inches tall and features: • Mohair-like fur typical of mid-century plush animals • Older plastic googly eyes • Felt tooth (there were two at one time, but one is missing) • A wired faux leather tail with a wire inside to hold its shape • A small real hardwood stick held in its front paws, posed as if chewing with a little chunk missing — a whimsical beaver touch! • An orange felt “O” marking on the tail, connecting it to Oregon State University’s iconic Benny the Beaver mascot.
