Rare Vintage Mayell EP Ruby Red Double Condiment Caddy On Steel Made in England

This is a rare vintage Mayell EP (Elctro Plated Steel) Ruby Red Double Condiment caddy with two removable ruby red glass bowls. The caddy is elevated on small feet and has a central handle for carrying. The stunning red glass bowls are Ruby flashed glass where a layer of red colored glass is fused to a clear glass form. This piece has a made in England impression on the base of the metal bowls. Made around the 1940s, 1950s. The steel bowls have a beautiful scalloped edge and they also have a pierced. floral motif. Condition is excellent. I found no damage. Dimensions 9 inches across, 7 inches high, 4 inch diameter bull. 2 3/8 inch high. Non smoking pet free home.
