The bigger clown trolls are very rare, and have become collectors' items. Due to the age, the elastic has stretched a bit on the hat. To enhance the appearance, a little loop has been tied in the bottom of the hat's elastic. The loop tucks right inside the clown suit, and you can't even see that it is there.
