Great rare vintage Toy Halloween or Dracula collectible, plastic head and hands on a wand stick that holds one AA battery. When you touch the one hand with the contacts the eyes flash and it has eerie music for approximately 24 seconds. The wand telescopes slightly. Approximately 11” long Good working condition with some marks on the plastic, I have not tried to clean.
