Rare Vintage Gem-Craft Enameled Animal Print Clip Earrings 1980s

Domed gold tone enameled clip earrings with a giraffe or other animal print, designed by Gem-Craft. They are signed "Craft" with a copyright symbol on a raised oval inside at the center of the dome. The diameter is approximately 1-1/8". Great overall condition. Gene Verrecchia (Gene Verri) founded Gem-Craft in 1945. He designed jewelry for famous jewelry companies and designers, such Oscar de la Renta, Kenneth Jay Lane, and Kramer. The Craft stamp with a copyright sign like the stamp in these earrings, was used beginning in 1979. Circa 1980s.
