Rare Vintage Dress

This pastel blue, mock turtleneck, full button-down dress with fabulous square buttons is reminiscent of a 60's flight attendant who wore it with white go-go boots and a hair scarf. I've adored it on a hanger for years, but it's for smaller shoulders :( It can be unbuttoned at the top to make an open v across the chest, or open all the way down over another garment, more like a cardigan trench sweater. The threading is a tad loose and there is a tiny stain at the seam of the neck as in photo.
