Rare Vintage Ceramic Clown on Striped Beach Ball Bank Circus

Does not have the Arnart mark but has the made in Japan sticker .most were made by Arnart in my search . Not used very much and no chips or cracks .has stopper and some rough edges on the bottom but in great condition.(Pictures are description)
