Rare Vintage Carnival/Fair Theme Pink and Orange Dress with Tie Neck and Pleats

Rare vintage dress with a very unique print! Vintage size 16, fits like a modern day size 6 or s/m. Pretty pink and orange color. Missing belt tie and small clasp on back but still is very functional and completely wearable. Pretty pleating at the bottom. I’m 5’8 and it comes right below my knee.
