Rare Vintage Bilora Tower (Film 127) Camera Made Of Bakelite Made In Germany

Rare Vintage Bilora Tower (Film 127) Camera Made Of Bakelite Made In Germany from a family members estate camera collection - domestically, there are some chips around the 2 pieces at the edges as shown, the front ring has some rust?  After opening the two pieces do not seem to want to lock back together. I’m not sure how I got it apart in the first place, I just kept pressing different spots, but may need to be fixed to lock together as well. I Have no idea how these work so listed UNTESTED, SOLD AS-IS.
