Rare Vintage 1970s Polo by Ralph Lauren Tie Irish Linen Beige Handmade USA FLAWS

Unfortunately this tie has some yellowing stains around the logo and above it on the front side. I have not attempted cleaning and am not sure if it would be able to be removed, priced accordingly for the flaws. A beautiful early Polo Ralph Lauren tie, handmade of Irish Linen, vintage from ~ 1970s. This is an incredibly well preserved example of an early Polo tie. The tie is made of an incrdible textured woven irish linen. The tie features the polo pony logo embroidered on the front of the tie in full colors, and the logo is a bit larger than you see it today. Attached is a photo from one of Polo's early lookbooks showcasing their lineup of Irish Linen ties. The tie likely comes from around this season as the colorway is looks similar to the 3rd from the right.
