Rare Vintage Fred Carlin “Foulards” floral scarf from late 60s/early 70s. Lightweight with a soft drape and hand-rolled-style edges. Original paper hang tag and metal seal still attached. Signed “fred carlin” in the corner. Fred Carlin, was a significant figure in the fashion industry and was instrumental in establishing the first French fashion prediction company and co-founding the international color organization, Intercolor, in the 1960s. Made in Spain (per tag info) under Confecc. Mayorista no. 5481. Measures approx. 28” x 30”.
