Rare Vintage 1950s David Levine Navy White Rayon Double Strap Dress 14 Large

Oh baby! Here's a one-of-a-kind navy blue dress with white flowers by famed designer David Levine in excellent shape. Levine was a darling designer of haute couture. His posters and ads feature women with impossibly tiny waists -- I wonder if the models could even take a deep breath. This dress, though, is larger and more forgiving -- a size 14. The wide, double straps end in bows on the bodice. The skirt is gently gathered. Measures 19 inches across bust pit to pit, 15 inches across front at waist. There are belt loops but no belt. 100 percent rayon. Important Information: I don't accept returns, so please be sure of your measurements. Lay a garment that fits you well on a flat surface and measure armpit to armpit, waist, hips. I want you to be happy with your purchase!
