Rare VTG Dolce & Gabanna nautical top with tie front

Dolce and Gabanna size 46 top. 100% cotton, nautical theme. Button up with a tie at the neck. Detailed ruffles around arms, waist, and back of shirt. Some buttons are missing the white center, need to be replaced. There is sticker residue on the button line as well, but would probably come off. It is not visible when worn since it is on the inside half of buttons. Otherwise in pristine condition-no holes or stains A size 46 is equal to a US women’s size 10
