About the Artist Virginia Silas: Virginia is originally from Sweetwater, AZ, but now resides in Cortez, CO. She painted for Mesa Verde Pottery for 31 years and then started with Ute Mountain Indian Trading in May. She is also part of the Dine` Tribe.
