Rare signed HALBE rhinestone statement necklace dating to the 1940s–1950s. The Halbé Jewelry Manufacturing Company operated in New York during the 1940s and 1950s, producing high-end costume jewelry sold through luxury department stores including Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor. Signed Halbé pieces are less commonly encountered today and are especially appealing to collectors. This exceptional necklace features a strand of individually prong-set clear rhinestones leading to a dramatic silver-tone winged centerpiece.
