Pre-owned with minor blemishes. Tag has been cut. Shows mild wear--notable issues are that one bow on the dress is missing and there is a gap in fabric on the right bottom side of the afro (pictured) that has firmness and is flawed. Some bows are ungathered. Sold as-is/as shown.
