Rare Handmade Indiana University Mop Doll Floppy 21” (Go Hoosiers! Not on doll)

This doll is so well made I find it hard to believe it is handmade but if it’s not it is indeed extremely rare since I have searched everywhere for it. She is 21” from head to the bottom of her mop feet. My home is all natural/organic, pet and smoke free. I never use smelly products because I believe most are toxic.
