Rare Free People Dress Tassels, Lamé, Embroidery, Small

Rare Free People black lightweight tea length dress. Handkerchief hem with tassels around bottom. Super soft thin fabric with lining. Some areas have silver lamé stripes, some areas have pink or white embroidery. Thin adjustable straps. I replaced closures on back with antique jeweled buttons. Very unique, excellent condition, smoke free home.
